Rosemari Baker (Rosie) has been Dr. Gross’s office manager ever since he opened his New Jersey practice in 2003.

Rosie has a degree in office management, and has worked in healthcare administration since 1982, with a hiatus to raise her two, now grown, boys. She takes great pleasure in working individually with each patient to help them have the best healthcare experience possible.

When she’s not managing the office, she loves to bake, go on long walks, and travel the world with her husband of 35+ years.
